Amber Gilbertson, LCSW

Do you feel alone? Do your family or friends struggle to understand your anxiety or depression feelings? It’s not too late to welcome healing in the face of trauma, or other life stressors. Mental health doesn’t discriminate; neither does the power of therapy. Compassion is at the core of my practice and I’ll always ensure that you feel seen, supported, and safe in our sessions.
After all, the gift of reflection is gaining deeper awareness to help move through life’s many transitions. I’ll help you better understand yourself and your mental health, whether you do that as a family or on your own. My approach is empathetic and curious, while also direct, and I try to incorporate warmth and humor into the session.
Together you can gain clarity, insight, and healing that will help you feel better about yourself and your relationships.
